We are here to help! Maintenance requests can be made by contacting the office via phone or email, through the resident portal on our website, or through our mobile app.

Our lounge style pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10 am to 9 pm.

We do not have furnished apartments at The Bohen but would be more than happy to help you find accommodations with our partner Cort Furniture.

Yes! We offer 6 to 15 month leases.

The Bohen encourages active lifestyles. We have a Technogym available 24 hours a day, free weights and a yoga studio. We also have direct access to The Greenway trail!

To uphold Fair Housing policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, background check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 3x total rent.

Yes! We allow guarantors for guests needing assistance with income qualification only. The guarantor must show their income totals no less than 5x the monthly rental rate (gross). Primary applicant must pass credit screening and be conditional approved. Application fees apply.
